Porsche GT3 RSR Now Even Better!

Porsche GT3 RSR

Porsche has taken its best racing 911 model and made it even better for 2008, with two of these exclusive, hand-built race cars.
The GT3 RSR, which last year scored GT2 class wins in the Le Mans 24-hour and Nurburgring 24-hour endurance races has received aerodynamic upgrades for the new season.
It has more optimized suspension and a new sequential gearbox, which takes its know-hoe from the Porsche RS Spyder racer. The most distinguishing external feature of the GT3 RSR is the new front end.

Aside from the easily recognizable additional spoilers on the front bumper, called flick, optimised air ducting with newly designed side air outlets generate more downforce and reduce drag.
The rear end, including the rear wing, is straight from the 2007 model. However, changes to the suspension set up now allows more adjustability and superior grip. The normally aspirated 3.6 litre boxer engine of the GT3 RSR remains unchanged, producing a stunning 342KW of power at 8000rpm and 420Nm of torque at 7250rpm

Price set for Porsche GT3 RSR is 349,800 Euro, plus taxes.
