The new Audi R8 Spyder also comes with a electrohydraulic roof that folds into a Z-shape and store in the compartment over the V10 engine. It takes about 19 seconds for the roof to open and close and it just weighs just 30kg. Other new feature include the new LED technology where both the daytime running lights and the headlamps are LED powered. The LED lights will have a 6000k temperature which it gives a whitish hue instead of whitish-yellow colour.
The manual Audi R8 Spyder weighs just 3800kg thanks to its aluminum Audi Space Frame body. Audi R8 Spyder will go on sale in spring next year with an expecting price tag of around £120,000.
